Tibia NPC who buys your loot, and what to keep
Forty Rope Belts, with 25 kept for a later imbuement, leave 15 to sell. Irmana in Venore pays 66 gp, so those 15 belts are 990 gp. The loot sale planner opens on that stack, that keep count, and Venore, which leaves Irmana as the buyer.
Who pays, and how is the stack split?
Add the item and the quantity you are holding. For each row, “keep for later” is reserved and the rest is sold. The buyer is the first listed buyer in the town filter. With any town selected, Irmana is the first Rope Belt buyer at 66 gp. Filtering to Venore leaves her, which is the worked route above. Yasir also pays 66 gp for a Rope Belt when he is visiting. He travels between the docks of Carlin, Ankrahmun, and Liberty Bay. The sale list records one town for him, and that town is not his whole route and not a statement that he is in port now. Use Irmana when you want a buyer who stays in Venore. A town with no listed buyer shows no sale gold for the units you are selling, and asks you to pick another town.
Keeping 0 sells the whole stack: 40 × 66 = 2,640 gp. Keeping all 40 sells nothing and shows 0 gp. Keeping 25 of 40 is the 15 × 66 = 990 gp case. Several items on the list add up only when every row has a price. One row with no buyer in the selected town blocks the combined total.
Why keep Rope Belts at all?
Powerful Void asks for 25 Rope Belts of its own, plus Silencer Claws and Some Grimeleech Wings, and a 250,000 gp shrine fee. The 66 gp Irmana pays is the vendor price. Replacing a belt later costs whatever unit price you type in the imbuement planner, which can be far from 66 gp. The sale planner links each item to the imbuements that use it, and it can hand the amounts you kept into that planner as owned materials.
NPC prices are sale prices. They are not the market price of a rare material, and they are not the price you would pay to buy the item back. If a stack is worth more as an imbuement material than as 66 gp each, keep it. The planner will not guess that for you. You type the keep count.
What fails, and what you do with the gold?
Quantities are whole numbers. The add amount runs up to 1,000,000, and a row’s total on hand stops at 1,000,000 as well. A keep count above the amount on hand is not a valid sale. Items with no stored buyers never produce gold. Rope Belts have no quest listed on this record, so the row does not offer a quest to finish before you sell. An item that does list a quest links that quest beside the buyers.
When the combined gold is ready, the planner can pass it into the party loot split as proceeds. Those proceeds replace one character’s loot value. They are not added on top of the session. The walk-through for keeping the belts and then settling the party is keep materials, then settle. Irmana’s own stop on the atlas is east of Venore, above two, if you still need to find her after you decide the stack is for sale.
