Tibia imbuement cost after materials you already own
, updated
One Powerful Void is an 8% mana leech imbuement. Its shrine fee is 250,000 gp, and its own material list is 25 Rope Belts, 25 Silencer Claws, and 5 Some Grimeleech Wings. The imbuement planner opens on Powerful Void, one application, 10 belts, no claws, 5 wings, and those three unit prices. It subtracts what you already hold, prices only the rest, and adds the fee.
What do you still have to buy?
Suppose you already hold 10 Rope Belts, no Silencer Claws, and all 5 wings, and you type 500 gp, 2,000 gp, and 8,000 gp as the unit prices. Those prices are yours. They are not NPC sale prices and they are not a market quote.
You still need 15 Rope Belts, which is 7,500 gp at 500 gp each. You still need 25 Silencer Claws, which is 50,000 gp at 2,000 gp each. The wings are fully owned, so that line is 0 gp. Materials to buy are 57,500 gp. One application fee is 250,000 gp. The total is 307,500 gp.
If you own every material, the materials line is 0 and the total equals the fee alone. Two applications double every amount and double the fee: 50 Rope Belts, 50 claws, 10 wings, and 500,000 gp in fees, before your prices. Each recipe stands on its own. Basic Void lists its own materials and a 7,500 gp fee for a 3% effect. Choosing Powerful does not add the Basic list on top.
When does the total stay blank?
Every material you still need must have a whole unit price from 0 to 1,000,000,000 gp. Leave a price empty and that line has no cost, the materials total stays blank, and the grand total stays blank. A price of 0 is allowed and counts as free. Owned amounts are whole numbers. Anything you own above the required amount adds nothing further. A material with no stored amount cannot be costed.
Intricate Void is the 5% recipe in the same family. Its fee is 60,000 gp, and its materials are 25 Rope Belts and 25 Silencer Claws, with no wings. Switching the tier control loads that recipe on its own. The planner does not add Basic’s belts a second time, and it does not add Intricate’s claws on top of Powerful’s list.
The fee is part of the recipe. Powerful Void’s fee is 250,000 gp per application. The planner shows the fee even while a missing price blocks the grand total, as long as the application count itself is valid. The count runs from 1 to 1,000.
Gold Tokens buy products, not the imbuement
Yana exchanges 2, 4 or 6 Gold Tokens for the creature products used by the Basic, Intricate or Powerful tiers of Strike, Vampirism and Void. You still apply the imbuement at a shrine, pay its fee and meet its requirements. Other imbuement families do not gain a token option.
For the worked Powerful Void plan above, six tokens priced at 40,000 gp cost 240,000 gp. The shrine still costs 250,000 gp, so the full-token route totals 490,000 gp, not 240,000 gp. Buying the missing materials totals 307,500 gp, including that same fee, and is cheaper with those inputs.
A lower-tier bundle can replace part of the shopping list. The Basic Void bundle supplies 25 Rope Belts for 2 tokens. The Intricate Void bundle supplies 25 belts and 25 claws for 4 tokens. The Powerful bundle supplies those products plus 5 wings for 6 tokens. These are alternatives, not three bundles you have to buy in sequence. The shrine fee is determined by the imbuement you apply, not by the bundles you bought.
When does a partial token exchange win?
Start with no materials and price a Rope Belt at 5,000 gp, a Silencer Claw at 2,000 gp, a wing at 8,000 gp and a Gold Token at 40,000 gp. One Powerful Void application gives these complete costs:
| Purchase plan | Additional purchases | Shrine fee | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Materials only | 215,000 gp | 250,000 gp | 465,000 gp |
| Basic bundle plus claws and wings | 170,000 gp | 250,000 gp | 420,000 gp |
| Intricate bundle plus wings | 200,000 gp | 250,000 gp | 450,000 gp |
| Powerful bundle | 240,000 gp | 250,000 gp | 490,000 gp |
Here the Basic bundle saves more than a full token exchange. Select a purchase option to see its exact material shortages and tokens to buy. The owned quantities stay in your plan; selecting an alternative does not consume them.
Several applications can use a mixed shopping list
For two Powerful Void applications, suppose you own 25 claws and 5 wings but no belts or tokens. Keep the material prices from the table and change the token price to 10,000 gp. One Basic bundle plus one Powerful bundle costs 8 tokens and supplies 50 belts, 25 claws and 5 wings. Together with the materials you already hold, that covers both applications. The additional purchases cost 80,000 gp; the two shrine fees cost 500,000 gp, giving 580,000 gp in total.
Buying two Powerful bundles would use 12 tokens and total 620,000 gp. The mixed-batch example opens with those amounts. The lowest-spend option compares different bundle counts together rather than assuming every application must use the same exchange. It favors fewer spent tokens when complete plans have equal costs.
Owned tokens, ties and missing prices
Owned Gold Tokens reduce how many tokens you still need to buy, not how many Yana asks for. If all six tokens for a Powerful bundle are owned, its additional token cost is zero even with a blank unit price; the shrine fee is still payable. If all required creature products are owned too, both complete plans cost the shrine fee alone. Neither gets an invented resale value, and equal lowest totals are shown as ties.
An unknown price matters only while that purchase is still needed. The planner may find a fully priced combination while other options remain unknown. It then calls it the lowest fully priced plan, not the cheapest possible choice. Enter the missing prices before comparing all alternatives. A price you explicitly set to zero is free; a blank price is not zero.
Where do the materials come from?
Rope Belts are recorded on Crypt Defilers, Dark Monks, and Grave Robbers. The recipe also lists hunting grounds for each material, including Cult Cave for Rope Belts. Open those grounds from the planner’s source list, or start from the hunting planner and filter by the creature you want.
Selling a Rope Belt to Irmana is a different number: she pays 66 gp. That sale price is what you give up if you vendor a belt you later have to replace at the unit price you typed. Keep the stack you still need, then cost the shortage here before you visit the shrine. The character builder is where the finished imbuement sits on a piece of equipment.
