Notes
By using this item on an Intricate Cobra Shrine , you can get A Note About Two Souls which is related to Scarlett Etzel and Galthen. Using the amulet on Intricate Cobra Shrine will break the curse on Scarlett Etzel and Galthen, returning the bastion to its former glory. Warning: You will lose the Cobra Amulet in the process. CipSoft has confirmed that when a specific number of players use their amulets, there will be a slight "cosmetic" change. However, the details of this cosmetic change are yet to be discovered.
